珠峰拥堵造成人员死亡人数已上升至11人！

　　A video clip posted online on May 23 showed what is now a common sight at the world's tallest mountain – a queue of climbers making their way to the summit of Mount Qomolangma. At least 11 mountaineers lost their lives during the expedition this spring season. Overcrowding and lack of climbing experiences have been blamed as the major causes behind the increasing fatalities.

　　据美国有线新闻网(CNN)报道，当地时间5月27日，又有一名登山者在拥挤不堪的珠峰上死亡，至此珠峰“交通拥堵”导致的死亡人数已上升至11人。

　　尼泊尔旅游局局长米拉·阿查里亚透露，27日晚，62岁的美国律师克里斯托弗·约翰·库利什在尼泊尔一侧登顶珠峰后，回到海拔7900米的珠峰“南山口”，在这里突然去世。阿查里亚称，库里什身体很强壮。

　　同样在27日，一个奥地利家庭接到噩耗，64岁的恩斯特·兰德格拉夫在23日登顶珠峰几小时后去世。
